退換貨政策
- 已使用、洗滌、改動或更改過的產品將不接受退貨或換貨。
- 如屬符合退換安排之貨品,必須於收貨日起計十四天內提交申請。
- 申請應包括訂單編號、貨物照片、退貨原因及聯絡方法,並將此信息發送至eshop@sidebyside.org.hk,電郵標題註明「訂單退款申請」,逾期無效。
- 退換的貨品均需以其出售的原狀,即紙牌標籤和包裝等連同單據或訂單電郵退回。客戶須自行支付及承擔所有退貨及換貨之運費。 我們會在收到退貨後發送通知確認電郵,並向客戶退回原本已支付購買產品的費用。換貨/退貨的來回運費(如適用)需由客戶承擔。
- 善導會保留在不另行通知的情況下修改條款及細則的權利。如更換產品不符合換貨標準,善導會保留對退貨/換貨作出最終決定的權利。如有任何爭議,善導會的決定將為最終決定。
Return and Exchange Policy
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or changed in any way are not accepted for return or exchange.
- For items eligible for return or exchange, an application must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The application should include the order number, photos of the item, the reason for return, and contact information. Send this information to eshop@sidebyside.org.hk with the email subject “Order Refund Application”. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, including tags and all accompanying packaging, and must be returned with the receipt or order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- We will send a confirmation email upon receipt of the returned item and refund the cost of the purchased product to the customer. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- SideBySide reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. If the replacement product does not meet the exchange criteria, SideBySide reserves the right to make the final decision on the return/exchange. In case of any disputes, SideBySide’s decision will be final.
